On the nose, it offers delicate aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and ripe peach, interwoven with subtle hints of hay and toasted almonds.
The palate is fresh and expressive, revealing vibrant citrus and green apple notes supported by a distinct mineral edge. A clean, elegant structure leads to a refined and lingering finish, making this wine both refreshing and memorable.
The 55-year-old vineyard is dry-farmed, meaning it relies entirely on natural rainfall and is fully exposed to the whims of nature. Although not certified, it is managed using organic practices that respect the integrity of the land and the vine. With a planting density of 1,000 vines per hectare, the vineyard yields concentrated, characterful fruit. Harvested in August, the grapes underwent a 20-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine was then clarified and cold-stabilized to preserve its freshness and purity.
