More About This Wine
On the nose, it features a delightful bouquet of summer fruits and floral notes.
The palate is fresh and lively, with bright citrus acidity and flavors of strawberry, raspberry, and red cherry, complemented by delicate hints of rose blossom and pink peppercorn. This dry wine offers a refined, balanced finish that lingers gracefully.
The 55-year-old vineyard is dry-farmed, meaning it relies entirely on natural rainfall and is fully exposed to the whims of nature. Although not certified, it is managed using organic practices that respect the integrity of the land and the vine. With a planting density of 1,000 vines per hectare, the vineyard yields concentrated, characterful fruit. Harvested in August, the grapes underwent a 20-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine was then clarified and cold-stabilized to preserve its freshness and purity.
